Norwegian vacuum sanitary system manufacturer Jets Vacuum will display several innovations at Nor-Shipping, according to the company’s VP of[ds_preview] Ship & Offshore, Ole-Christian Fotland. Among those innovations is a new addition to its range of Vacuumarator pumps, which has been named the 140MB to reflect the major capacity increase it offers over its predecessors.

»By making small, but highly significant improvements, we have tweaked the performance of an already compact package, and made a huge leap forward in vacuum generating capacity. This is the most efficient vacuum generator we have ever made, as its size and power consumption are comparable to that of the slightly older 95MB which it outperforms by nearly 50 %«, says Fotland.

In addition Jets Vacuum will present other innovations at this years fair in Oslo, as the company has decided to bring the benefits of composite materials into its product range. Many of the non-moving components in their new Ultima C-series pumps are made from durable composites, which reduce weight without compromising on reliability. »These new composite pumps have shown very high performance in tests as well as in practical use«, says Fotland, adding that anyone wishing to see one for themselves is most welcome to join him and Jets Vacuum at the exhibition.

A brand new toilet valve will also be on display there, to show how Jets Vacuum is now shifting from membrane-based to piston-based valve technology in their toilet mechanisms.
